The “White Land” program announced the disbursement of more than 24.4 million riyals to complete the implementation and delivery of infrastructure services in several residential projects in various regions, noting that this amount represents a portion of the program’s revenues collected from fees imposed on white lands located within the urban boundaries of cities subject to the system during its first phase.
The program clarified that the revenues were allocated to the following projects (King Abdullah Housing in Bashurah, Al-Ayina Housing, Al-Aflaj Housing, Al-Kharj Housing, and Al-Khurma Housing), emphasizing that Article 15 of the Executive Regulations for Vacant Land Fees stipulates that the amounts collected are to be spent on developing infrastructure projects.
