Roshan Group for Real Estate Development has announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Retal Urban Development Company to build 103 residential units within the first phase of Sidra project in Riyadh, after an extensive screening process, where Rutal Urban Development Company was selected based on the technical and commercial criteria specified by ROSHN, in addition to its track record in building residential units, as it received the award for the best real estate developer in the Kingdom for 2019-2020.
