Jeddah Municipality confirmed that starting from January 1, 2022, violations will be monitored on establishments that are not committed to installing the “Your opinion makes a difference" QR code sticker on their facades, and legal measures will be taken against them.

The Municipality explained that the QR code aims to improve the quality of services and goods provided to the residents of Jeddah, by enhancing effective digital communication between three segments, namely the controllers, commercial establishments, and beneficiaries of the services of these establishments, and this service will also shorten the time to review the data of the establishment and verify the validity and regularity of licenses.
