The National Housing Company (NHC) revealed during the “Residential Forum 2022” that it has developed more than 134 thousand housing units within a residential environment with integrated services and facilities that provide quality of life, modern designs, and affordable prices in seven residential suburbs, bringing the total number of projects supervised by the company to 129 housing projects, including 54 on the Ministry's lands and 75 others on private sector lands, while the number of units sold during 2021 reached about 55 thousand units, and about 24 thousand units ready for delivery.

In the same context, Engineer Mohammed Al-Batti, CEO of the company, confirmed that they aim to develop residential projects to provide 300,000 housing options by 2025, in line with the targets of the housing program to increase the ownership rate of Saudi families to 70% by 2030.
