We can define the term "real estate export" as the sale of real estate to customers interested in buying with different nationalities. <Considering the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 since its launch by the godfather of the vision, His Highness the Crown Prince, may God protect him, and the developmental and sustainable projects on the coasts and shores of the Red Sea for more than 50 natural islands, creating the largest entertainment and tourism capitals in the world by providing cultural, sports and entertainment activities and hotels with the highest standards, in cooperation with major international companies around the world and facilitating the issuance of visas for tourists visiting the Kingdom.
<Moreover, all ministries and government agencies must work together to encourage companies and the private sector to achieve the goals of the vision in the field of real estate investment, and the creation of housing units suitable for all segments of customers from inside and outside the Kingdom under the supervision of the Council of Economic Affairs by conducting the necessary marketing studies and enacting legislation and laws on foreign ownership of real estate and facing the crisis of foreign sales and the difficulty of registering real estate and in-kind registration of real estate that was recently launched and working to find solutions by providing distinctive and new services to increase demand for Saudi real estate such as health care, airports, and the diversity of appropriate real estate products and the ease of issuing visas for tourists visiting the Kingdom.
And let me not forget Riyadh, the capital, and focus on it and seek to increase its population to 15 million people by 2030, then I expect, with God's help and strength, Riyadh will become the new Europe of the Middle East.
