We then discussed the role of the chairman of the board of directors and the managerial expertise and ability required to set the organization’s goals and delegate tasks to board members. In the previous article, we also discussed the duties of the general manager and how to carry out the tasks assigned by the board of directors, including the resulting supervision of the heads of various departments, monitoring workflow, and motivating each department to achieve its targets.
