The Residential Program issued 12401 electronic contracts for free land for Saudi families benefiting from the program since the beginning of 2022 until the end of last May, through its electronic application in preparation for the start of construction work from the beneficiaries, within the housing options and various financing solutions provided by the program; to facilitate the ownership of the first home, with the aim of raising the ownership rate of Saudi families to 70% by 2030 in line with the objectives of the housing program.

<“Sakani” explained that the land contracts included 3271 lands in the Makkah region, 2438 lands in the Riyadh region, 1785 lands in the Eastern Province, 1005 lands in the Qassim region, 899 lands in the Najran region, 803 lands in the Jizan region, 796 lands in the Asir region, 506 lands in the Hail region, 415 lands in the Medina region, 129 lands in the Northern Borders region, 174 lands in the Bahah region, 100 lands in the Jouf region, and 80 lands in the Tabuk region, in addition to 80 lands in the Tabuk region.
