On this occasion, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Dal Real Estate Services Company, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Fahd Al Rasheed, explained that the company succeeded today in organizing the second in-person and electronic auction through its platform and sold products that varied between residential, commercial and blocks, including six plots of land in Al Narjis neighborhood north of Riyadh exceeding 6 thousand square meters.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Dal Real Estate Services Company, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Fahd Al Rasheed Al-Rasheed pointed out that the success achieved today is an inevitable result of what characterizes real estate in the heart of the capital Riyadh, in addition to the diversity of its area and uses and its location in the north and east of Riyadh, which is a magnet for investors and those wishing to live, in addition to its readiness and freedom from any obstacles in transportation and the start of investment.
