<Mohammed Al-Jadaan, Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for State Real Estate, thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince on the occasion of the Cabinet's approval of the State Real Estate Leasing System.
<Al-Jadaan stressed that the system represents a qualitative leap in controlling the governance and transparency of government procedures, as it contributes to unifying the organizational, supervisory and regulatory reference for state real estate, including real estate leasing operations for government agencies, to be under one umbrella, which is the General Authority for State Real Estate, and the system will enable the Authority to achieve many gains by increasing spending efficiency, maximizing the effectiveness of the state real estate system, and achieving sustainable development in partnership with government agencies.<For his part, Ihsan Bafaqih, Governor of the Authority, expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince for their support and interest in the work of the Authority, which had a great impact in achieving many goals within the framework of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, pointing out that the State Property Leasing System aims to organize the processes of state leasing through government agencies for real estate, according to the needs of government agencies, rationalize the financial costs of government agencies' leasing of real estate, develop the use of leased property by government agencies, strengthen the principles of governance and establish the principles of transparency and efficiency in the processes of renting real estate to government agencies.
