The Ministry of Tourism revealed new amendments to the visit visa for tourism; the amended regulation granted an exception for those holding a valid tourist or business visa from the United States, United Kingdom, or a Schengen country.

<The ministry said that the visa will be used at least once to enter the country granting the visa, including the visa holder's first-degree relatives accompanying him, in addition to those who have permanent residence in the United States, permanent residence in European Union countries, or permanent residence in the United Kingdom, including the first-degree relatives of the residence holder accompanying him, through the visa upon arrival at any of the Kingdom's land, sea or air ports of entry. Under the regulation, the Kingdom welcomes residents of the Gulf States, as well as Schengen, US and UK visa holders and residents.
