<The General Real Estate Authority, in partnership with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, launched the “Shoot and Send” campaign on Baladi platform to monitor violations of real estate advertisements in public places. The campaign seeks to enhance interaction with the community and reduce the manifestations of irregular real estate advertisements, as the Authority indicated that the advertisement is considered a violation if it does not contain the data required by the real estate advertising regulations issued by the General Real Estate Authority, such as: (not specifying the purpose of the advertisement, not mentioning the name of the advertiser and his description (owner, commissioner) and his license number, .... and other regulations).

The General Real Estate Authority seeks to promote interaction with the community and reduce the manifestations of irregular real estate advertisements. The General Real Estate Authority seeks to set controls and standards for real estate activities that ensure the stability of the real estate market; and emphasize the need to adhere to the laws, regulations and regulatory controls, which can be viewed through the Authority's website.
