The number of real estate units sorted during the third quarter of 2022 reached about 19 thousand real estate units, an increase of 88% compared to the same period in 2021, while the units sorted since the establishment of the program reached more than 207 thousand real estate units.
According to Engineer Muhannad Al-Aboud, Director of Real Estate Units Sorting Program, Jeddah came the highest at the level of the Kingdom's cities, where the program sorted 53 thousand real estate units, while 46 thousand units were sorted in Riyadh, and in Sharqiya 28 thousand real estate units, and 21 thousand real estate units in Mecca, while in Asir 18 thousand real estate units sorted, since the beginning of the program.
According to Engineer Muhannad Al-Aboud. <The diversification of housing options for those wishing to own has contributed to increasing the demand of real estate developers to build properties and real estate complexes and sort them into real estate units, to increase the real estate supply and make them available to beneficiaries, noting that the program is continuously working to develop and improve the customer journey and automate the processes electronically with many relevant government agencies, such as the Ministry of Justice to issue deeds after completing the sorting operations, and Baladi platform to verify the data of construction licenses to complete the sorting operations, in addition to providing a list of engineering offices approved by the program to facilitate the real estate developer's implementation of the program.
