The “Sakani” program announced that 113,013 Saudi families have benefited from all housing options and financing solutions provided by the program electronically to its beneficiaries since the beginning of the year until the end of last September, within easy and easy procedures, while the number of families who lived in their first home reached 130,462 Saudi families, as part of the program's efforts to support beneficiaries to achieve the objectives of the housing program - one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030 - to raise the percentage of home ownership for Saudi families to 70% by 2030.
The number of families that benefited from all housing options and financing solutions provided by the program electronically to its beneficiaries, within easy and facilitated procedures, while the number of families who lived in their first home reached 130,462 Saudi families. The number of families benefiting from the options and solutions provided to beneficiaries last September amounted to 12,183 Saudi families, while the number of families who lived in their first home in the same month amounted to 12,978 Saudi families.
Secondly, “Sakany” provides the program to support beneficiaries to achieve the goals of the housing program - one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 - to increase the percentage of home ownership for Saudi families to 2030. <“Sakani” offers new optional support packages within its solutions and options for Saudi families, bringing the number of housing and financing options to 9 options, as the new packages include (advance support package, rental package, furniture package, self-construction package, and housing renovation package), where these packages give the beneficiary flexible and multiple solutions, by providing immediate non-refundable support for beneficiaries of prefabricated housing units In partnership with the Real Estate Development Fund and the financing bodies of banks, financing institutions and real estate developers, Sakani believes in the continuity of housing support and the importance of the diversity of financing and housing options to accelerate the pace of ownership of Saudi families of their homes.
