Al-Ajmi: Foreign Companies Are Driving the Development of Commercial Offices

For his part, Fahad Mutlaq Al-Ajmi—Director of Aqar Musharak—stated that investment opportunities in the commercial office sector are significant and that demand exceeds supply according to published statistics; Al-Ajmi added: “However, the sector will face slow growth due to rising prices in the capital.” He noted that the situation will be different in other cities, where growth will be faster, coinciding with the influx of companies moving there.

Al-Ajmi explained that the decision to require foreign companies to establish headquarters in the Kingdom benefits the commercial office sector far more than in previous years, adding that the size of the Saudi market and the business environment are attractive to foreign companies.

Al-Ajmi emphasized that price increases will be more pronounced in the capital, while also noting that prices will rise in other cities as well.
