Contracting with a classified engineering office
The project set two conditions for issuing the license through Baladi platform, including contracting an engineering office classified by the Ministry to issue a cadastral report through Baladi platform for the land on which a fencing license is to be issued, and authorizing an engineering office to issue a fencing license through Baladi platform.The project stressed that the supervisory authority in the Municipality must inspect the sidewalk after the completion of the fence implementation works to ensure that there are no damages resulting from its construction. He explained that the license for fencing the space land is issued through the platforms of the secretariats that are not linked to the Baladi platform, and coordination with the concerned secretariat within the scope of its supervision to ensure the requirements and regulations of the license for fencing the space land.
