The ministry stated that the bidding process for the 12 licenses will be launched. <The ministry stated that the geology of the complex is divided into two parts: The northern part is a series of low to medium height hills, and it follows the geology of the Bathan Formation, consisting of conglomeratic sedimentary rocks containing conglomerates and pebbles of different sizes and types, topped by deposits belonging to the Tertiary period. The central and southern part is a series of low to medium height hills, geologically belonging to the Daghbaj complex, exposed by diorite rocks, which are characterized by being blocky and interrupted by breakers of andesite rocks.

The Ministry emphasized that it has worked to monitor and regulate the implemented works to ensure that they do not result in harmful effects on security, safety and health, and do not cause damage to the surrounding environment or property, through the enactment of controls and obligations.
