The General Authority for Real Estate launched the real estate advertising license service, which enables the advertiser to advertise the property according to the real estate brokerage system, and this service comes as an alternative to the previous requirement that requires the presence of an advertiser number in the real estate advertisement.

She explained that this service is currently available to the individual broker and the establishment broker, and will be available in the next phase to the owner of the establishment directly through the Authority's electronic platform, while the individual owner will be made available to him later through real estate platforms.

She stressed the need for the advertiser to be able to advertise the property in accordance with the real estate brokerage system.

A brokerage contract between the broker and the property owner, which includes marketing, is required to issue a license real estate advertising.

The Real Estate Authority stated that a brokerage contract between the broker and the property owner that includes marketing in its scope is required for the issuance of a license. The Real Estate Authority reported that an API is being developed with its online platform to enable real estate marketing platforms to verify the license of real estate advertising while adding advertisers to their ads to meet the requirements of the brokerage system.
