Medina Municipality invites owners of vacant land to complete fencing procedures

Madinah Municipality, called on owners of vacant land who have not yet completed the procedures for fencing their land, to expedite the issuance of the fencing license through the “Baladi” platform.

The Municipality said that the owner of the space land must fence his land with a fence that is not less than one meter long and does not exceed two meters in height, with the implementation of a gate for the fence that opens from the inside and horizontally, and is permanently closed.

The Municipality added that the fencing permit must be issued through the "Baladi" platform. <The Municipality added that the roads targeted by the initiative include: King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Road, Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road, Abu Dharr Al-Ghaffari Road, Al-Abbas bin Obadah Road, Airport Road, Khalid bin Al-Waleed Road, King Fahd Road, Al-Salam Road, King Abdulaziz Road, Othman bin Affan Road, Prince Abdul Mohsen Road, Sayyid Al-Shuhada Road, Ali bin Abi Talib Road, Saad bin Khaythma Road, and Railway Road.

The Municipality added. The Municipality of Medina praised the level of interaction shown by the owners of vacant lands in the city and their compliance with the initiative fencing the lands to contribute to improving the urban landscape of Medina, addressing the accumulation of waste inside these lands, protecting them from encroachments and clarifying their ownership boundaries.
