The Department of Land and Property registered 671 sales worth AED 2.29 billion, including 56 sales of land worth AED 846.15 million and 615 sales of apartments and villas worth AED 1.45 billion.

The top land sale was AED 83 million in Wadi Al Safa 3, followed by AED 81 million in Wadi Al Safa 3, followed by AED 80 million in Wadi Al Safa 3.
