<The Director General of the Expropriation Department at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Shar Al-Shehri, called on the owners of properties that have been expropriated based on the decision of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, M. Abdul Latif bin Abdulmalik Al-Sheikh. Abdul Latif bin Abdulmalik Al-Sheikh, who approved the expropriation of (151) properties in favor of implementing new municipal projects in a number of regions of the Kingdom to review the competent authorities to complete their compensation procedures in accordance with the requirements of the applicable system of expropriation in the public interest, and the owners of all properties whose expropriation procedures were decided to start will be invited to submit their ownership documents to the secretariats of regions and governorates and form committees to review them and estimate compensation as required by the regulations of expropriation for the public interest, according to the Minister's approval. Approving the expropriation of (3 properties) in favor of the project of linking Al-Aziziyah to the second floor of the Jamarat facility and a 100 m wide street located between Taif and Al-Sail Road and Engineer Omar Qadi Street in Makkah with a total compensation of (29,176,352 riyals)

Approving the initiation of expropriation procedures (3 properties) in favor of regulation in Al-Salam and Al-Baraka neighborhoods in Medina and a street in Yanbu Governorate, in addition to approving the expropriation and payment of compensation (8 properties) in favor of regulation in Al-Hurra Al-Gharbia, Al-Zahra scheme, Al-Shuhada, Al-Shuhada, Arwa and Al-Baraka neighborhoods in Medina, as well as the regulation of (D/6) scheme in Yanbu Governorate and (C) scheme in Badr Governorate with total compensation amounting to SR 3,324,641.

Approving the initiation of expropriation procedures (one property) for the benefit of the flood channel in Wadi Al-Karaa in Jeddah Governorate, in addition to approving the expropriation and payment of compensation (one property) for Khalid bin Al-Waleed Street and Abdullah bin Khamis Street in Al-Rawda neighborhood in Jeddah with a compensation amount of SAR 2,804,130.

Taif

Approving the initiation of expropriation procedures (5 properties) for King Abdullah Road and the organization of Al-Qalt neighborhood in Taif Governorate, and approving the expropriation and payment of compensation (4 properties) for King Abdullah Road and the intersection of Al-Shifa and Al-Rudaf roads and the street between Al-Jish Street and Al-Shifa Interchange Bridge in Taif Governorate with a total compensation amount of (18,839,519 riyals).

Approval to start expropriation procedures (8 properties) in favor of the organization in Abha city and the governorates of Khamis Mushait, Namas and Uhud Rafidah.

Approval to start expropriation procedures (87 properties) for King Abdullah Road in Buraydah and Omar bin Al-Khattab Road in Aniza, and approval to expropriate and pay compensation (61 properties) for King Abdullah Road, Al-Sabbagh Street, Emirate Road extension in Buraydah, King Abdullah Road in Al-Madhanib Governorate, and Al-Tanzeem in Riyad Al-Khubra Governorate with compensation (122,334,463 riyals).

Approval to start expropriation procedures (11 properties) in favor of the road linking Bani Hadib and Hadban village and the street branching from Al-Hathal Street in Sakaka city, Al-Jouf region.

Al Baha

Approval to start expropriation procedures (one property) in favor of organizing Prince Faisal bin Mohammed Road in Al-Aqeeq, and approval to expropriate (10 properties) in favor of organizing the central area, the extension of Prince Mohammed bin Saud Street, the extension of King Saud Road and the road leading to King Fahd Plan with a total compensation of (16,875,374 riyals).

Approval to start expropriation procedures (one property) in favor of organizing Prince Faisal bin Mohammed Road in Al-Aqeeq.

Jazan

Approving the initiation of expropriation procedures (5 properties) for the benefit of Al-Saddad Street in Jazan city and for the organization of Samta and Abu Arish governorates, and approving the expropriation and payment of compensation (2 properties) in Samta and Abu Arish governorates in Jazan region for the organization of a 30m wide street in Samta governorate with a compensation amount of SR 3,118,500.

Hail

Approval to start expropriation procedures (one property) in favor of the street linking Al-Bilad and the ring road in Hail city, and approval to expropriate and pay compensation (4 properties) in favor of a 30m wide street in Al-Yasmin plan, and for King Abdulaziz Road and Wadi Al-Adaira Road in Hail city for an amount of SAR 13,299,024.
