The Umm Al-Qura newspaper revealed that the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid Al-Haqeel, has approved the approval of the executive regulations of the Municipal Licensing Procedures System, which replaces the executive regulations of the Municipal Licensing Procedures System issued on Jumada I 2, 1438 AH, and the amendments thereto, and abolishes any conflicting provisions.
According to the Umm Al-Qura newspaper in its issue issued yesterday, Friday, this regulation abolishes all conflicting provisions.
According to The Umm Al-Qura Gazette in its issue issued yesterday, Friday, this regulation repeals all conflicting provisions, and is effective from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
<The text of the Decision to approve the adoption of the executive regulations of the Municipal Licenses System is as follows:

Based on the powers legally vested in him
<Based on the Municipal Licensing Procedures Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/59) dated 23/9/1435H. Based on Article (14) of the same law, which stipulates that (The Minister shall issue the regulation within ninety days from the date of publication of the law, specifying the conditions, controls and forms of municipal licenses).
Decides the following:
First: Approve the adoption of the Executive Regulations of the Municipal Licensing Procedures System attached to this decision.

Second: This regulation replaces the Executive Regulation of the Municipal Licensing Procedures System issued by Ministerial Decision No. (10459) dated 2/5/1438 AH, and the amendments thereto, and abolishes any provisions that contradict it.
Third: These regulations shall be published on the Ministry's website and shall enter into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Fourth: This decision shall be communicated to those who are required to enforce it.
