Requirements of the Real Estate Deed Update Service

  • Attach a copy of the front and back of the deed and attach a copy of the supporting files if any
  • The deed must not be previously registered
  • Proof of ownership of the instrument must be attached if the instrument does not contain the owner's ID number

Steps to apply for the deed update service

  1. Log in to the Najeez portal with the national access account
  2. Select all e-services
  3. Select the (Mortgages and Real Estate) package
  4. Entering the service (updating and amending a real estate deed)
  5. Click on the icon (Submit a new request)
  6. Choose the type of request (new update - update a lost deed - amend an electronic deed)
  7. Enter the required data
  8. Attach the required documents
  9. Acknowledgment and pledge
  10. Click on the icon (Submit Application)
