• The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
• The applicant must be at least 25 years old.

Registration steps for housing subsidy financing

• Log in to the Sakani platform online.
• Click on the login icon, enter your ID number, password, and create an account if you do not have an account on the platform.
• Select “Apply for Housing Support”.
• Read and agree to the terms and conditions provided.
• Enter all the required data and attach the required documents, such as proof of identity, marital status, and salary amounts.
• You have to wait for your application to be studied and your eligibility to be determined, where your application will be transferred to Housing and contact you to complete the rest of the procedures.
