Ejar platform has clarified a new way to pay the value of rents from the tenant or broker to the landlord, in order to facilitate the payment process, especially in the case of valid leases. The platform said that the payment can be made by bank transfer, whether to the broker or the tenant, in case the contract is valid and has not yet ended, and the platform also specified its payment methods, which include (mada, SADAD, Apple Pay).

Ejar came in response to a question from one of its customers about the possibility of paying by bank transfer and obtaining a receipt.

Registration steps in Ejar

Ejar platform announced several steps to register with it and be able to access its e-services as follows:

  • Go to the official website of the Ejar platform.
  • Logging in to the platform by entering the data required to be entered in the correct places.
  • Writing the tenant's data.
  • Click on the Verify icon.
  • Select the property from the options available to you.
  • Then type in the details of the contract and companions as well.
  • Then enter the rent amount on an annual basis.
  • Enter the required utilities.
  • Then, after you have completed these steps, you must make sure that the information and data you have entered is correct.
  • Finally, click on the submit icon to save and document.

Steps to pay rent electronically:

  • Via your bank account app, select from the main menu Electronic Payments/Bill Payments.
  • Select (Add Bill/One-Time Payment).
  • Select the billing entity (Rent - 153).
  • Enter the account number (contract number).
  • Amount Due will appear and you can then enter the amount to be paid.
  • Pay your bill.
  • Pay your bill now.

Ejar fees

The Ejar platform has set the value of each contract according to the category provided, if it is a residential lease it is worth 125 riyals per month, while the commercial contract is worth 200 riyals and 400 riyals are paid every year by the tenant.
