Ejar platform has clarified in response to one of the inquiries it received, the minimum and maximum period in which residential and commercial rental contracts can be concluded.
Ejar platform said in its account on the social networking site “X”: “Greetings. The minimum term for residential and commercial contracts is one day and the maximum term is 30 years and you can conclude the contract through an authorized real estate broker. We are happy to serve you.”
An inquiry was received from a person to the Ejar Platform account on (X) website, saying: '”” My lease has expired, and I want a new contract, but I only need the apartment for five months, and I wonder if I can sign a contract for that length of time."
Steps to register on the Ejar platform
Ejar platform announced several steps to register with it and be able to access its electronic services, as follows:
- Go to the official website of the Ejar platform.
- Logging in to the platform by entering the data required to be entered in the correct places.
- Writing the tenant's data.
- Click on the Verify icon.
- Select the property from the options available to you.
- Then type in the details of the contract and companions as well.
- Then enter the rent amount on an annual basis.
- Enter the required utilities.
- Then, after you have completed these steps, you must make sure that the information and data you have entered is correct.
- Finally, click on the submit icon to save and document.
Steps to pay rent electronically:
- Via your bank account app, select from the main menu Electronic Payments/Bill Payments.
- Select (Add Bill/One-Time Payment).
- Select the billing entity (Rent - 153).
- Enter the account number (contract number).
- Amount Due will appear and you can then enter the amount to be paid.
- Pay your bill.
- Pay your bill now.
