The Public Authority for Real Estate has announced 5 new features available for real estate brokerage contracts that aim to facilitate the documentation process.

The Real Estate Authority said in an infographic published on its account on the social networking site “X” that the first of these new features is the ability to print a copy of the contract before and after notarization.

The second feature is the ability to print a copy of the contract before and after notarization. As for the second feature, if the ownership document is added in the real estate brokerage system , the establishment has the right to choose its statutory representative to exercise one of the following powers: Owner, Executive Director, General Manager: Owner, Managing Director, General Manager, Chief Executive Officer.

The new features also include the use of digital maps when determining the address of the property, especially fetching the "Description of the property location according to the deed", while the fifth and final feature is to enable the resident to register in the electronic platform of the General Real Estate Authority to document contracts and benefit from its services.
