The Housing Program announced that 55,000 Saudi families have benefited from the program’s housing solutions and options, including 44,000 families who moved into their first homes during the first half of 2024. This is part of the program’s efforts to provide diverse housing products and financing solutions that contribute to achieving the goals of the Housing Program—one of the Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives – by raising the homeownership rate for Saudi families to 70% by 2030.

He explained, “Sakani“, explained that the housing support packages offer flexible and diverse solutions for beneficiaries of ready-to-move-in and “under construction” and “self-build” units, noting the ongoing efforts to enhance housing support and diversify financing and housing options to accelerate the pace at which Saudi families own their homes.

The program highlighted the ability to access all housing services, options, and financing solutions via the link https://sakani.sa, or by calling the unified beneficiary support number (199090) to answer all questions and inquiries, or by visiting the comprehensive “Sakani” centers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Al-Khobar.

The “Sakani” website and app offer a wide range of housing facilities and services, including real estate advisors, issuance of real estate transaction tax certificates, quotes from financing institutions, electronic issuance of land contracts, engineering design services, “Certified Contractor,” electronic financing, and “Real Estate Market,” as well as registration and immediate eligibility, and the electronic issuance of building permits.

It is worth noting that “Sakani” announced that more than 100,000 Saudi families benefited from the program during 2023, while the number of families who moved into their first home last year reached 98,475, as part of ongoing efforts to raise the homeownership rate for Saudi families to 70% by 2030.
