National Housing Company (NHC) has announced significant progress in the implementation of the first phase of the Al Fursan suburb project, with 41% of infrastructure work completed and 32% of superstructure completed. Spread over an area of 5.4 million square meters, this phase offers 10,540 residential units in an integrated environment that includes all basic facilities and services. This phase includes 24 commercial centers, 2 health centers, 13 boys“ and girls” school complexes, 8 mosques and 5 mosques, as well as security, social and cultural centers. It also includes a central park that extends along the length of the phase with an area of more than 277,000 square meters.

<The first phase of Dahiya includes 13 residential projects including Nasaj Town, Rasan, Saraya Al Fursan, Darat Al Fursan, Miskan Al Asayel, Al Azaba, Al Aseelah, Tilal Bayut, Aknan Al Fursan, Mayar, Reem Residential, and Falwa. These projects are being implemented in partnership with leading real estate developers, such as Retal, Stars of Peace, Dar & Emaar, Ajdan, Miskan, Maskan, Thabat Al Maskan, Smo Real Estate, Tilal Real Estate, Satea Al Tameer, Gold Real Estate Development, Tamkeen, and Tamam Real Estate.

Phase 1 sales have reached 73%, exceeding 4,000 residential units, with 1,445 units remaining available for reservation. Interested parties can view the available options and reserve the units by visiting the website and application of "Sakani".
