Saudi Contractors Authority elected Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Ajlan as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Engineer Abdulaziz bin Naif bin Tuwaili as Vice Chairman.

This came during the first board meeting of the fourth session held yesterday, where the board members selected the president and vice president, and the board in its fourth session is represented by 5 government agencies represented by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Ministry of Commerce and the Authority for Efficient Spending and Government Projects, 5 members from the private sector, and a member with experience and specialization; as this represents a strategic shift in the integration process between the private and public sectors, which will help overcome many challenges facing the contracting sector It is worth mentioning that the Saudi Contractors Authority was established by a decision of the Council of Ministers with the aim of organizing and developing the contracting sector, building distinctive productive competencies and creating a safe environment of international quality; therefore, it takes it upon itself to find effective solutions to all the challenges facing the contracting sector through several initiatives that encourage innovation and enhance the communication process between relevant parties.
