The workshop, which was attended by a number of those interested in real estate affairs in the region, addressed the definition of real estate development programs and the real estate incentive platform, as well as the transformation and empowerment program for real estate developers, stimulating and developing the housing supply, in terms of investment opportunities, encouraging the private sector to participate in the development of housing solutions, with the aim of creating an effective balance between supply and demand, in addition to motivating landowners to develop them, introducing the developer capacity development program and facilitating the journey of contractors wishing to become real estate developers, and the coordination mechanism between all project parties.

The workshop was held in cooperation with the Al Baha Municipality and the Housing Affairs Agency yesterday.
