Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sakan, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, the Community Development Housing Corporation Sakan opened its participation at Cityscape Global by signing an agreement worth SR 4.8 billion with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing Agency for Development Housing.

Skan Agreement Objectives

The agreement aims to provide suitable housing for 16,000 families of the most needy families, within the Waad product, which is one of the innovative solutions and products that contribute to increasing the rate of ownership for the most needy families.
