Saudi Arabia participates in the 41st session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Construction in Algeria

<The Kingdom will participate in the 41st session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Housing Housing , which is being held in Algeria under the patronage of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune from December 17-19, in conjunction with the 8th Arab Housing Conference entitled “Sustainable Urbanization ... A poster has been selected for the conference to highlight the importance of housing and urban development and new urban trends, in addition to the importance of global sustainable development and strengthening Arab cooperation in the fields of housing and reconstruction. <The 2025 Arab Housing Day poster presented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, entitled "Reconstructing Affected Communities, Building a Better Future,“ was selected as the theme of the event. Building a better future”, which reflects the Kingdom's keenness to build damaged communities and enhance their ability to recover and grow. The Kingdom achieved third place for the 2024 Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Construction Award for the “Bovardia City” project in Jeddah governorate, in a tie with the Emirati residential neighborhood project in the United Arab Emirates.

It is noteworthy that the 41st session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Construction is in line with the directives of the United Nations program to develop the 2030 Strategy for Housing and Sustainable Urban Development and the Sustainable Development Goals to make cities and human settlements inclusive and sustainable, endorsed by the League of Arab States at the 30th session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Construction.

It is worth mentioning that the work of the 41st session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Construction comes in line with the directives of the United Nations program to develop the 2030 Strategy for Housing and Sustainable Urban Development.
