“Zakat” invites organizations to submit VAT returns for the month of November

A reminder of the December 31 deadline for establishments whose annual supplies exceed SAR 40 million to avoid late penalties.

<The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has called on businesses subject to VAT, whose annual supplies of goods and services exceed SAR 40 million, to submit their tax returns for the month of November, by December 31 of this year. ZATCA urged establishments to submit their tax returns via the website (zatca.gov.sa) or submit and pay via the ZATCA mobile application (ZATCA) to avoid the penalty for late submission of the return within the specified period, at a minimum of 5% and a maximum of 25% of the tax value that the taxpayer had to declare.
