The Future of Real Estate Forum, in its fourth edition, continued its program on Tuesday for the second consecutive day, amid significant local and international participation.

The National Company for Real Estate Registration Services “Real Estate Registry” announced the issuance of more than 500 thousand real estate records in five cities around the Kingdom, each record included a title deed and real estate sheet with accurate information and geographical location using geospatial data with the lengths and areas of the property.

More than 66,000 real estate transactions were carried out through the Land Registry platform, including transferring ownership, documenting mortgages and other real estate transactions, noting that the Land Registry continued its work in cadastral lifting in various regions of the Kingdom to prepare the geospatial work for in rem registration of real estate, as the total areas that were lifted reached more than 22,000 square kilometers of the Kingdom's area.

Dr. Al-Sulaiman revealed that the Land Registry has the latest technology to accelerate the processes of in rem registration of real estate. Dr. Al-Sulaiman revealed that the Land Registry relies on modern technologies to accelerate digital transformation, as the automation rate in its operations exceeded 94%, and the Land Registry used robotics to reduce data transfer time from 8 minutes to 25 seconds.

Dr. Al-Sulaiman revealed that the National Cadastre Company plans to prepare the geospatial works for real estate registration, with a total of 22,000 square kilometers lifted.

Al-Batti explained that the company recently launched NHC Innovation, which will be the company's digital arm in this field, which manages 10 real estate platforms with more than 20 million customers annually, achieving more than 500 million visits annually, with the number of operations exceeding 3 billion operations.

Al Batti explained that the company is witnessing a remarkable expansion in the field of real estate development, especially in the development of urban destinations.

Al-Batti also revealed that the company aims to pump 140,000 new housing units in the city of 2025, with half of these units to be in Riyadh and the other half in other major cities.
Al-Batti added that the company's board of directors decided to focus on the real estate sector as a vital priority, which required the establishment of an independent company to provide electronic services that support customers in the residential and real estate sectors, in addition to the municipal sector.
