The Undersecretary of Ministry of Municipalities and Housing to stimulate housing supply and real estate development, Abdulrahman Al-Tawil, revealed that the Cabinet decision to grant the ministry the authority to sell housing units to non-beneficiaries of housing support will enable a large segment of individuals and families to own homes in the ministry's residential projects.

In an intervention on Al-Ikhbariya channel, Al-Tawil explained that the target groups of this decision include singles, divorced women, those who have previously obtained a mortgage loan, or those who already own a home, noting that the decision contributes to expanding the ownership base and enhancing housing options within the integrated residential suburbs implemented by the ministry in various regions of the Kingdom.“
