<According to the results of the bulletin for June 2025, the construction cost index recorded an increase of 1.1% compared to June 2024, affected by the increase in construction costs for the residential sector by 1.2% and for the non-residential sector by 1.0%. This increase was due to a 2.5% increase in equipment and machinery rental prices, and a 9.9% increase in energy prices, influenced by a 27.3% increase in diesel fuel prices.
Labor wages increased by 1.2% and 1.0%, respectively.
Labor wages increased by 2.4%, while prices of basic materials decreased by 0.7%. On a monthly basis, the index remained stable compared to May 2025.
