Real Estate Excellence Award Promotes Entrepreneurship

The real estate sector is considered one of the most important development sectors that many countries seek to develop and promote effective participation in it, especially for the private sector, given that it is a vital and highly important sector for sustainable development and participates directly in meeting the needs of society, whether those projects are residential, commercial or service projects.
From this perspective, the Real Estate Excellence Award promotes entrepreneurship. The Real Estate Authority (REA), in partnership with the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), recently announced the launch of the Real Estate Excellence Award (REA) to celebrate exceptional contributions and achievements in the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as an extension of the prestigious FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Award and to be a catalyst that drives competitiveness for innovation and development in the sector.
The REA was established in partnership with the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) to recognize the achievements of the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Established by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) nearly thirty years ago, the award aims to promote the concepts of innovation, environmental and social sustainability, as well as supporting real estate entrepreneurship. The award provides participants with a unique opportunity to showcase their projects on a global platform through the Federation's network of more than 1.7 million members, representing more than 120 leading organizations in the real estate sector globally.
This is a significant step forward for FIABCI. Perhaps this distinctive step will have a positive role, God willing, in motivating individuals and real estate companies in the Kingdom to highlight their successful projects globally and at the same time promote the approach of innovation and institutional excellence for entrepreneurs in the real estate activity from the establishment, development or real estate brokerage, logistics services and electronic applications, the award is a great stimulus for real estate activity by recognizing and appreciating innovators locally and on the other hand the winners will be nominated to other global stages that highlight their innovative excellence among countries in the real estate sector.
