Fines and penalties:
Maximum construction violations: The fine is up to 200,000 riyals when dividing residential units on a building that violates building regulations.
Lesser offenses: The fine is up to 30,000 riyals for dividing residential units on a building that complies with building regulations.

- Warning and immediate correction.
Apply fines and hold all parties accountable (perpetrator, owner, investor, tenant).
