The General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) announced the release of the Construction Cost Index in the Kingdom for July 2025.
According to the results of the bulletin, the Construction Cost Index in Saudi Arabia recorded a slight increase of 0.71T for the month of July 2025. According to the bulletin, the Construction Cost Index in the Kingdom recorded a slight increase of 0.7% in July 2025, compared to the same period last year, due to an increase in costs for the residential sector by 0.7% and the non-residential sector by 0.6%.
According to the results of the bulletin, the Construction Cost Index in the Kingdom increased slightly by 0.7%. On a monthly basis, construction costs in the residential sector increased by 0.4% in July 2025, compared to the previous month of the same year, while non-residential sector costs increased by 0.5%.
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) reflects the price movements of construction inputs across 51 items of goods and services, whose prices are collected on a monthly basis from different regions of the Kingdom, and 2023 has been set as the base year for measuring this index.
