On a monthly basis, construction costs in the residential sector increased by 0.4% in July 2025, compared to the previous month of the same year, while non-residential sector costs increased by 0.5%.

The Construction Cost Index (CCI) reflects the price movements of construction inputs across 51 items of goods and services, whose prices are collected on a monthly basis from different regions of the Kingdom, and 2023 has been set as the base year for measuring this index.
