King Salman's Human Resources Development Program launched«

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has approved the launch of the King Salman Human Resources Development Program, which aims to raise the quality of government employee performance and productivity at work, develop the work environment and prepare and build second-level leaders.

This was announced by the Minister of Civil Service, Khaled bin Abdullah Al-Araj, indicating that the implementation of the King Salman Human Resources Development Program will take place during the first period gradually for a year starting from 1/1/1437 AH, provided that the application during this period is limited to the following ministries (Justice, Social Affairs, Agriculture, Transport, Communications and Information Technology, Foreign Affairs, Culture and Information).

1) The Ministry of Civil Service should conclude a memorandum of understanding with the targeted ministry, including the criteria and mechanisms for implementing the program.

2) The selection of the Director General of the Human Resources Department and human resources specialists in each of the targeted ministries will be by agreement between the concerned ministry and the Ministry of Civil Service.

3) The Director General of the Human Resources Department in each of the targeted ministries will be directly linked to the Minister.

4) The criteria, mechanisms and procedures to be developed for the implementation of the program should not harm the employees of the targeted ministries.
