<At its fourth meeting held in the Sudanese capital yesterday, Saturday, in the presence of representatives of ten Arab countries, the Arab Contractors Union approved the project to establish the Arab Equipment Leasing Company and also approved the development of a comprehensive financial and technical feasibility study for the project and the creation of a unified guide for Arab contractors. During the meeting, a presentation was made on the importance of establishing the Arab Equipment Leasing Company, which aims to support large Arab economic and developmental projects by granting facilities in coordination with the governments of countries and unions in each country to companies working in these projects, upgrading the construction market, developing a database of equipment available in member states and their contracting companies, their condition and validity, to contribute to raising the efficiency of Arab contracting companies to reach the strength and efficiency of international companies.
The meeting also approved the establishment of the Arab Equipment Leasing Company, which aims to support large Arab economic and developmental projects by granting facilities in coordination with the governments of the countries and unions in each country.
The Federation also approved at the meeting chaired by the President of the Federation, Fahad Mohammed Al Hammadi, to participate in presenting a working paper at the forum of the Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Construction held in Cairo on the 27th of this month, and agreed to form a delegation of contractors from the member countries of the Federation to visit the exhibitions of the Arab German Company in Cairo, with the aim of encouraging Arab industries.
