October 12. Real estate registration begins in new neighborhoods in three regions

The General Real Estate Authority (GRA) announced the start of receiving requests for real estate registration in kind in 3 cities within the Kingdom, namely Riyadh, Qassim and the Eastern Province, starting on October 12, and specified that registration will start for about 10 thousand real estate pieces in 56 neighborhoods in Riyadh, 27.4 thousand real estate pieces in 52 neighborhoods in Qassim, and 4.1 thousand real estate pieces in 7 neighborhoods in the Eastern Province.

For the convenience of real estate owners in these three neighborhoods, the GRA explained that real estate registration will be done electronically through the electronic real estate registry platform.
