As part of the integration and cooperation process between the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Saudi Commission for Certified Valuers (Taqeem), Dr. Fahad Abu Hamed, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Systems and Regulations Affairs and Chairman of the Registration Committee of Certified Valuers in the Register, said that the Ministry, in its efforts with the Commission to develop the valuation profession and raise it to the ranks of the prestigious consulting professions in the Kingdom, the Registration Committee in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry approved the licensing of thirty-five establishments to practice the profession of real estate valuation.
Dr. Abu Hamed added that the licensing of these establishments was approved after they completed the registration conditions and statutory requirements to obtain an establishment license.
