<Shura Council member Dr. Sultan Al-Sultan called for merging the Ministries of Housing and Municipal and Rural Affairs into one ministry to solve the issue of housing delays. Al-Sultan's demands came to join the demands of other members to accelerate the provision of housing products and fill the gap resulting from the increasing demand for the ministry's products during the eighteenth regular session of the Shura Council, which was held yesterday, Monday, under the chairmanship of the Speaker of the Council, Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Sheikh, during the Council's discussion of the Hajj, Housing and Services Committee report on the annual report of the Ministry of Housing for the fiscal year 1434/1435 AH, read by the Chairman of the Committee, Mohammed Al-Mutairi.
