Municipal and Rural Affairs launches a project to implement the real estate registration system for competition
Municipal and Rural Affairs <The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs has launched a project to prepare a strategic study for the implementation of the real estate registration system to include all cities and centers of the Kingdom. This came after the ministry completed its consultancy study for the system and started working on it in the Riyadh region, which was divided into three real estate zones.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry has prepared a draft future plan for the implementation of the system in coordination with the Ministry of Justice, which includes a timetable for the implementation of the system in all regions of the Kingdom, and the completion of the selection of a number of specialized international expertise houses to invite them to compete for the project, according to the draft contract and the list of proposed consultants.
In line with the Ministry's consultative study of the system and its actual implementation in the Riyadh region, which was divided into three real estate zones. In line with the approval of the introduction of the real estate registration system, the Ministry linked the cadastral stations implemented by the secretariats and municipalities with the Ministry's system of 201 cadastral monitoring stations, and established a control center to receive cadastral information from satellites.
