We hereby order the following:

<First: His Excellency Dr. Shuwaish bin Saud Al-Duwaihi Al-Duwaihi, Minister of Housing, shall be relieved of his post. <Second: His Excellency Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed bin Saeed, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers, will be assigned as Minister of Housing. Thirdly: Our order shall be communicated to the competent authorities for approval and implementation.
