Completion of a thousand apartments
Ouj Jeddah was established to develop real estate in 2007 AD, out of our concern for the interest of the wise government in the housing and welfare of the citizen, Ouj has made the economic house and made more than a thousand housing units over the life of its establishment, and Ouj Jeddah seeks to develop its products especially that the Saudi market needs 2500000 (two million and five hundred) housing units.

Proposed cooperation
With the Ministry of Housing
We present a practical proposal to the Minister of Housing to provide cooperation with real estate development companies and institutions to fill the need and calculate the time factor and become a motivating factor for development companies to create products instead of exiting the real estate development market and reduce the percentage of construction costs and work on workshops that benefit citizen housing solutions.
The Saudi Monetary Agency's proposal that the customer pay 30% of the financing value is a burden on the citizen and is considered a disruption to the movement of housing demand and the exit of many developers from the market, The only beneficiary of this decision is the owners of rental apartments and villas has ensured that the tenants do not go out and go to buy housing and this causes a state of stagnation in the development process, which causes harm to the citizen and the interest belongs to the individual instead of the collective benefit and the real estate in the Kingdom is cheaper than many countries around us (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt) and the Kingdom is considered an emerging country and most of them are young people looking for housing.
Thanks and appreciation deserved
We extend our thanks and appreciation to our wise government for its concern for the comfort of the citizen and its unlimited support for development projects, providing housing opportunities and finding alternative solutions to protect the stability of the citizen.
