The activities of the sessions of the second day of the Global Proptech Summit 2025 have begun, with the first session discussing the issue of real estate technologies, in the presence of a number of officials and real estate leaders within the Kingdom.

Abdullah Al-Sulaiman, CEO of Hassatech, said that the shift from traditional real estate to technical real estate has an impact on various levels, pointing out that the electronic platforms are one of the results of the shift to the system, explaining that Hassatech makes all responses to investors with artificial intelligence, in addition to creating more effective channels to analyze data for decision-making.

Rosie Al-Harithi, co-founder of the Nazl platform, said during the Global Proptech Summit session that there is a gap between real estate technologies and the traditional system, considering that this gap is caused by the different pace of adoption of technology tools, explaining that the digital sector is excellent in the Kingdom, the infrastructure is great, and there is great cooperation between the various parties, considering that the expansion of the use of real estate technologies is a matter of time.

Rosie Al-Harithi, co-founder of the Nazl platform, said during the Global Proptech Summit session. In the same context, Thamer Al Awad, CEO of Sak Real Estate Platform, confirmed that all sales of the platform are electronic, pointing out that the Kingdom has a very strong infrastructure in the field of real estate technology, which helps the Kingdom to move very quickly in this field, where the customer can buy a property while in his home, and this does not happen in many countries.

On the same context, Thamer Al Awad, CEO of Sak Real Estate Platform, emphasized that all sales of the platform are electronic.
