Rising rents in London are forcing 64,000 families to migrate to Britain's central cities

More than 64,000 families have turned to reverse migration from London to other cities to buy housing, due to the rise in house prices in the capital in 2015, and a report by Hamptons International stated that the general trend now since 2007 is to buy homes outside London due to the sharp rise in prices in the capital, where the average price of a house in London suburbs reached 500 thousand pounds, and the price doubles the closer we get to the city center.

<It is worth noting that the percentage of people moving from London to the cities of central England is increasing, as the current period is witnessing an exodus to the north of England and Scotland, where house prices are still relatively cheaper than London. In Scotland, for example, the average house price is 180,000 and 170,000 in the north of England.
