The Housing Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030, will participate in Cityscape Global 2025, which will be held from 17 to 20 November at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, under the theme "The Future of Urban Life", under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in partnership with the Housing Program and the General Authority for Real Estate.
The program's participation comes to showcase its pioneering role in the transformation of the housing and real estate sector, and to highlight the most prominent achievements made in the past years. During its participation in Cityscape Global, the Housing Program will highlight its achievements in raising the homeownership rate for Saudi families to more than 65% by the end of 2024, while continuing to work to achieve the target of 70% by 2030 through innovative solutions that enable citizens to obtain their first home.
